Challenges to be a servant of Christ:

After being a Christian for more than quarter of a century, the most challenging thing would be finding a long term partner or co-worker in any ministry where you can have "in depth" sharing, deep understanding 0f your goals in your service, mutual prayer and support, and mutual accountability.

信心不足

雖然聖經有教導智慧是從神而來，只需要依靠仰望神，便能得著能力。但經過多年努力，仍是擔心自己的能力有所不及，卻步不能前進。

世俗的事情

明知道不要為了世俗的事情而憂慮，但總是擔心放不下。生活的需要，尤其是老闆的要求來得迫切，往往比聖靈的提醒猛烈。只顧應付眼前的事而忽略神的吩咐。

人性的軟弱

貪圖安逸，不願意受苦，不願意離開安樂窩，沒有勇氣闖出去。

The main difficulty and challenge with being a "servant to Christ":

Again I would quote Pro 4:23 (with respect to 'heart') and Rom 12:1-2 (with respect to 'renewal')

It's extremely difficult if not impossible to be a true servant without having the "heart" of a servant who constantly renews himself/herself by going to Christ's living water.

We value external success more than inner growth.  We value "product" more than "process".

So counterfeit products abound (instead of genuine products).  It makes the scene very messy.

1. Difficult to understand God's will because I am distracted in the busy life.
2. When I am asked to serve in a demanding role, I am hesitated to accept it because I am fear to sacrifice in various forms like time, money, planning and respect.
3. Need more empathy to love / care the others in the appropriate way.
4. Struggling to offer my body as a living sacrifice: need more faith to balance my life in family, church, career & friendship.
5. When dealing with difficulties, my way rather than God's way always comes first in my mind
